Dinamo Tbilisi wins European Cup Winners' Cup Final-13 May, 1981.
The aim was to prepare the print campaign that will motivate the parents to take their sons to the football schools.
We used Georgian Football superstar David Kipiani, a legendary idol, to highlight the importance of talent, and to express our approach to the brief.
David Kipiani was a Georgian football midfielder and manager. Kipiani principally played as a playmaker and is considered one of Georgia's greatest players. Among his titles as a player are Soviet League championship (1978), Soviet Cup (1976 and 1979) and UEFA Cup Winners' Cup (1981) all with FC Dinamo Tbilisi. 1981’s great victory shows Georgian football can achieve success.
Our print shows alternative reality of 1981 13 may, when David was offside of the football because of his father’s choice, sitting in a boring working space as an accountant. In the TV there is Europeans cup’s winners’ cup final broadcast. The newspaper announces the final match.
